Archive Search Room Construction Continues

RALEIGH - Construction continues on the Search Room of the State Archives in the Office of Archives and History in Raleigh. The Search Room did not re-open on Oct. 23, as had been announced. Notice of the re-opening of the Search Room will be given when work is complete and it will be posted on the N.C. Department of Cultural Resources web page at www.ncculture.com.

Researchers interested in genealogical research can visit the State Library’s Genealogical Services Section, located on the west mezzanine of the Archives and History/State Library building.
