“A Christmas to Remember” at RIFP

(ROANOKE ISLAND) – “A Christmas to Remember” returns to the Film Theatre at Roanoke Island Festival Park for both matinee and evening shows again this holiday season. The show will be filled with holiday favorites from yesterday and today that will entertain and delight all ages. Show dates and times are Dec. 12, 15, 16, 19, 22, 23 at 2 pm and Dec. 13, 14, 20, 21 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children, 12 and under, and may be purchased in advance at the Visitor’s Center at the Park between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

“A Christmas to Remember” has a cast of professionals that will sing and dance their way into your hearts with such holiday classics as “Jingle Bell Rock,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” and” We Need a Little Christmas.”  The show takes visitors on a journey through those Christmases everyone remembers.  Enjoy a holiday sock hop from the 50s, complete with poodle skirts and greasers, and then journey to the mountains of Tennessee to experience an old fashion Christmas in the country.  See Christmas through the eyes a child with the elves and toys of Santa’s Toyshop and delight in seeing a “White Christmas.”
