(RALEIGH) — The North Carolina Awards, the state’s highest civilian honor, will be presented at the N. C. Museum of History, on Thursday, Oct. 29, at 8 p.m. Tickets are required and limited availability remains. The awards recognize outstanding achievements by North Carolinians in the fields of fine arts, science, literature and public service. This year’s ceremony is the 46th annual public presentation of the prestigious award.
